AWOFINC offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain professional experience in a nonprofit faith-based organization.
AWOFINC believes in challenging interns with relevant, interesting projects, providing leadership opportunities and making them full members of the Core Team. Interns leave AWOFINC with a practical appreciation for the demands and rewards of nonprofit work.
AWOFINC offers four intern sessions per year, Winter, Fall, Spring, and Summer. An internship commitment of 20 hours per week for 6–12 months is preferable; the minimum commitment required is 14 hours a week for 3 months.

The Community Resource Director manages all aspects of the community resources, community-based participatory partnerships and linkages
This position is responsible for developing and implementing a housing program that expands the permanent housing options available for Transitional Housing Program candidates
The responsibilities include the overseeing of Community Resources and all kinds of activities. The Intern gets involved with community affairs and helps residents who are in need.
